Laying a Trap in a seemingly Drawish Game

This game is drawish - my opponent appears to want to draw. I set a trap for a fork of my rooks. After he played the fork - he resigns - do you knwo why?

I win because of my opponent's blunder

This is a rather strong opponent who attacks aggressively. I was down on material Rook for Bishop and pawn. Also with weaker pawn structure. Did a sneak checkmate when opponent overlook the attack in his bid to launch an attack.
